What is "buy online, pick up in-store (BOPIS)"?

Buy Online, Pick Up in Store allows you to order items on fivebelow.com and pick them up for FREE at your local Five Below store
The In Store Pick Up option is listed on the item page
As soon as your order is ready, you'll receive a pick-up confirmation email (pls wait until you get this email!)
Items with limited or no stock in the store may not be eligible for Buy Online, Pick Up in Store.

How do I place a "buy online, pick up in-store" order?

Find an item and select color, size, and quantity
Select In Store Pick Up
Your IP address will determine your pick-up store, however, if you want to select another location, use the “your store” button in the upper right corner of the website
Proceed to checkout & submit your order
Wait until you receive a pickup notification before you go to the store to pick up your order
Visit the checkout counter area or tell a Five Below Associate you're picking up an order
Psssst: pickup details will be included in your Ready for pickup email
Remember to bring your photo ID, or, the "ready for pickup" email (with your order #)
