What’s Buy Online, Pick Up in Store (BOPIS)?
- Buy Online, Pick Up in Store allows you to order items on fivebelow.com and pick them up for FREE at your local Five Below store
- The In Store Pick Up option is listed on the item page
- As soon as your order is ready, you'll receive a pick-up confirmation email (pls wait until you get this email!)
- Items with limited or no stock in the store may not be eligible for Buy Online, Pick Up in Store.
How Do I Place a Buy Online, Pick Up In Store Order?
- Find an item and select color, size, and quantity
- Select In Store Pick Up
- Your IP address will determine your pick-up store, however, if you want to select another location, use the “your store” button in the upper right corner of the website
- Proceed to checkout & submit your order
- Wait until you receive a pickup notification before you go to the store to pick up your order
- Visit the checkout counter area or tell a Five Below Associate you're picking up an order
- Psssst: pickup details will be included in your Ready for pickup email
- Remember to bring your photo ID, or, the "ready for pickup" email (with your order #)

Some products aren’t available for pick up – why?
- We do our best to keep items in stock, however, there are times when the store will sell out. For this reason, not all items online will be available in-store!
Is there an extra cost to buy items online and pick them up in-store?
- Nope! Pick-up in-store is always free!
When will I get charged for my order?
- You will be charged for your order only when it is picked up!
FYI: If you place an order with FiveBelow.com where some items are picked up in-store and others are shipped to your home, you may see multiple transactions, as the charges will go through at different times!
Can I cancel my order?
- Once you place a Buy Online Pick Up in Store order, we are unable to cancel the order. However, your order will automatically cancel after 3 days if you do not pick it up! The pending authorization will automatically fall off your card.
Can I change the store pickup location after I make the purchase?
- Once an order has been placed, we are unable to update the pickup location.
How will I know when my order is ready to be picked up?
- You will receive an email from us once the order has been processed and fulfilled at the store. Typically, we fulfill these orders within 4 hours.
Where do I pick up my order?
- All orders can be picked up at the checkout area. You will receive specific pickup instructions via email.
What do I need to pick up my order?
- A photo ID, or, the pickup confirmation email (with your order #)
Who can pick up my order?
- Buy Online Pick Up in Store Orders can be picked up by the customer that placed the order, or a designate, as long as they have the "ready for pickup" email (with your order #)
How long will my order be held at the store?
- Your order will be held for 3 days after you receive your "ready for pickup" email. We’ll send you an email reminder the day prior to your order being canceled. If your order is canceled, the pending authorization will automatically fall off your card.
