What’s Buy Online, Pick Up in Store (BOPIS)?
- Buy Online, Pick Up in Store allows you to order items on fivebelow.com and pick them up for FREE at your local Five Below store
- The In Store Pick Up option is listed on the item page
- As soon as your order is ready, you'll receive a pick-up confirmation email (pls wait until you get this email!)
- Items with limited or no stock in the store may not be eligible for Buy Online, Pick Up in Store.
How Do I Place a Buy Online, Pick Up In Store Order?
- Find an item and select color, size, and quantity
- Select In Store Pick Up
- Your IP address will determine your pick-up store, however, if you want to select another location, use the “your store” button in the upper right corner of the website
- Proceed to checkout & submit your order
- Wait until you receive a pickup notification before you go to the store to pick up your order
- Visit the checkout counter area or tell a Five Below Associate you're picking up and order
- Psssst: pickup details will be included in your Ready for pickup email.
- Remember to bring your ID & pick up number (in your email)

Some products aren’t available for pick up – why?
- We do our best to keep items in stock, however, there are times when the store will sell out. For this reason, not all items online will be available in-store!
Is there an extra cost to buy items online and pick them up in-store?
- Nope! Pick-up in-store is always free!
When will I get charged for my order?
- You will be charged for your order only when it is picked up!
FYI: If you place an order with FiveBelow.com where some items are picked up in-store and others are shipped to your home, you may see multiple transactions, as the charges will go through at different times!
Can I cancel my order?
- Once you place a Buy Online Pick Up in Store order, we are unable to cancel the order. You would need to wait 3 days for the order to automatically be canceled in the system, and the pending authorization will fall off your card.
Can I change the store pickup location after I make the purchase?
- Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to update the pickup location.
How will I know when my order is ready to be picked up?
- You will receive an email from us once the order has been processed and fulfilled at the store. Typically, we fulfill these orders within 4 hours.
Where do I pick up my order?
- All orders can be picked up at the checkout area. You should receive specific pickup instructions via email.
What do I need to pick up my order?
- A government-issued ID
- Pickup confirmation email (with your Order #)
Who can pick up my order?
- Orders must be picked up by the customer who purchased the order
How long will my order be held at the store?
- Your order will be held for 3 days. We’ll send you an email reminder the day prior to your order being canceled.
