W2 Information

2025 and earlier documents (including 2025 W-2):  will be available via the ADP portal.

• Hard copies of the W-2 will be mailed (USPS) to your address listed in Workday, and postmarked by January 31, 2026.

To obtain your pay statements or prior W2s electronically, you can do so by:

1. Log into the ADP self-service website (https://my.adp.com) and navigate to the payroll tab
2. From the payroll tab, you will have the option to view/download/print your pay statements and/or W2s.
   • If you have not previously registered on the self-service website you will need to do that first. 
   • All employees (active/terminated) are advised to obtain their W2 directly from that site.

2026 and onward:

Pay statements and 2026 W-2s will be available via Workday Payroll.

• Log into your Workday account and navigate to the Pay section to view/download/print your documents. 
• Make sure your address is up-to-date in Workday for W-2 mailing.
   

Any address updates can be made in WorkDay.  If you need to change the address that appears on your W2 and no longer work for Five Below, Submit an HR Request Form to Crew Services HERE
