how do I find my gift card balance?

There are 3 ways to check your balance: 

1. Call 1-888-892-3813.  You'll be asked to enter the gift card # & access code.
   
   
2. To check online, go to: https://www.giftcardorder.net/fivebelow/mini.asp
   • You'll be asked to enter the gift card # and access code (4 or 6 digits)!
     
     
3. Contact our High Five Team here! 
   • Choose "Store" or "Online" from the dropdown menu, then select "Other", then "Gift Card" and enter your gift card #
