Your store or online Five Below purchase** can be returned to any store location!
Unopened or defective products may be exchanged for the same or a different item of equal value at any time after the purchase date. We are also happy to refund you in the original form of payment if you have your receipt* (or Order Confirmation)!
*If you do not have the receipt and would prefer a refund, the store team can issue a store credit in the form of a Five Below gift card!

Here's How it Works!
- Contact Us Here with your Order #, the items you wish to return, and the return reason (changed mind, defective, wrong item, etc).
- We will fill out a return form on your behalf and it will be sent to your email.
- Upon receipt, print 2 copies: Place 1 copy in the package you're returning & keep the 2nd copy for your records.
- We recommend using USPS, UPS, Fed Ex, or DHL as these carriers offer tracking information.
- Reply back to our team with your tracking number and we will process the refund* once your return is received!
- Five Below does not reimburse the cost of shipping for online returns or provide return shipment labels.
*Depending on your financial institution, it may take 2-10 business days for the credit to post to your account. Refunds will be credited to the original debit/credit card used for purchase.
