At Five Below, we gladly accept exchanges or returns for unopened or defective merchandise with the original receipt.
Items can be returned within 90 days of purchase to any Five Below location for a full refund to the original payment method – just bring the original receipt or online order confirmation!
Missed the return window? You can exchange unopened or defective products for the same item (or another item of equal value) at any time with the original receipt or online order confirmation.

Here's How it Works!
- Contact Us Here with your Order #, the items you wish to return, and the return reason (changed mind, defective, wrong item, etc).
- We will fill out a return form on your behalf and it will be sent to your email.
- Upon receipt, print 2 copies: Place 1 copy in the package you're returning & keep the 2nd copy for your records.
- We recommend using USPS, UPS, Fed Ex, or DHL as these carriers offer tracking information.
- Reply back to our team with your tracking number and we will process the refund* once your return is received!
- Five Below does not reimburse the cost of shipping for online returns or provide return shipment labels.
*Depending on your financial institution, it may take 2-10 business days for the credit to post to your account. Refunds will be credited to the original debit/credit card used for purchase.
