Your store or online Five Below purchase* can be returned to any store location!
Unopened or defective products may be exchanged for the same or a different item of equal value at any time after the purchase date. We are also happy to refund you in the original form of payment if you have your receipt (or Order Confirmation)!

Here's How it Works!
- Contact Customer.Relations@fivebelow.com with your Order #, the items you wish to return, and the return reason (changed mind, defective, wrong item, etc).
- We will fill out a return form on your behalf and it will be sent to your email.
- Upon receipt, print 2 copies: Place 1 copy in the carton, retain the 2nd copy for your records.
- We recommend using USPS, UPS, Fed Ex, or DHL as these carriers offer tracking information.
- Reply back to Customer.Relations@fivebelow.com with your tracking number and we will process the refund* once your return is received!
- Five Below does not reimburse the cost of shipping for online returns or provide return shipment labels.
*Depending on your financial institution, it may take 2-10 business days for the credit to post to your account. Refunds will be credited to the original debit/credit card used for purchase.
