How do I create an account? Navigate to the "login" button at the top right of your screen (it's a little person in a circle next to the cart). You'll be able to create an account or sign in there!
How do I login to my account? Enter your email, or choose a quick login, like linking to your Facebook, Apple, or Gmail! No need for passwords here!
How do I check my Order Status? To check your order status, click HERE. Keep in mind, all fields are case sensitive!
How do I delete or change my payment method? Navigate to your account and choose "Wallet". If a card is saved, it will show here. Click the trashcan icon to the right of the card info and confirm to delete your payment method!
How to I delete or change my address? Navigate to your account and choose "Addresses". If an address is saved, it will show here. Click the either "edit" or "remove" to change or delete your saved address!
How to I update my name or phone number? Navigate to your account and choose "Personal Information". Click "edit" and adjust your name, or phone number. FYI: you cannot update an email address - a new account will need to be made!
How do I delete my account? Navigate to your account, scroll to the bottom, and choose "Delete Account". You will be directed to a portal to request for your account information to be deleted.
