All large/bulk orders* are handled through our store locations. Five Below reserves the right to limit or exclude items from bulk purchases. Please see our Terms, here (end of section 2b).
*Exception: bulk backpacks June - August
- What is a bulk order? A large or bulk order (25 units or more of a single SKU), that is not in stock and must be specifically ordered for, and delivered to, the store.
- Are bulk orders returnable? All sales for large/bulk purchases are final and non-returnable/refundable unless the merchandise arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Are discounts available on bulk orders? We do not offer discounts, as we already offer our items at the lowest possible cost.
- How long does it take? Once your order ships from our warehouse, it should arrive at the store within 2-3 weeks. Unfortunately, we cannot expedite bulk shipments.
- What items can I order in bulk? Most of our items! Although, Five Below reserves the right to limit or exclude items from bulk purchases. Please see our Terms, here.

- Payment: You may be required to pay for your bulk items prior to the shipment, depending on the size of your order. If so, full payment should be arranged through our High Five (Customer Relations) Team. They will provide you with our Large + Bulk Order Agreement and payment options.

- Item name & UPC/SKU (or website link, if you see it on our site!)
- The exact quantity you need
- The date the order is needed
- The Five Below store location to Purchase/Pick Up from (locations.fivebelow.com)
- Your name, email, & telephone number
