bulk orders (need a lot of stuff?)

Need a lot of stuff?   We can help!

All bulk orders* are handled through our store locations.  Five Below reserves the right to limit or exclude items from bulk purchases. Please see our Terms, here (end of section 2b).
*Exception: bulk backpacks June - August

• What is a bulk order?  A large order (50 units or more of a single SKU), that is not in stock and must be specifically ordered for, and delivered to, the store.
• Are bulk orders returnable?  All sales for bulk purchases are final and non-returnable/refundable unless the merchandise arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Are discounts available on bulk orders?  We do not offer discounts, as we already offer our items at the lowest possible cost.
• How long does it take?  Once your order ships from our warehouse, it should arrive at the store within 2-3 weeks.  Unfortunately, we cannot expedite bulk shipments.
• What kinds of items can I order in bulk?  Most of our items!  Although, Five Below reserves the right to limit or exclude items from bulk purchases.  Please see our Terms, here.

• Payment:  Must be made in full at the store location, via cash or credit card, prior to the shipment of the order.  Our Store or High Five (Customer Relations) Team will give you our Bulk Order Agreement.

1. Item name & UPC/SKU (or website link, if you see it on our site!)
2. The exact quantity you need 
3. The date the order is needed
4. The Five Below store location to Purchase/Pick Up from (locations.fivebelow.com) 
5. Your name, email, & telephone number
