- Please use Fed Ex, UPS, or USPS (with tracking).
- Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse the cost of shipping, handling, or return shipping.
- Unopened items in original packaging and in new condition, can be returned within 14 days to receive a refund or exchange.
- Returned items must be unused and in the original packaging.
- The following items are not returnable:
- Candy and other perishable items
- Case packs/bulk purchases
- Gift cards (e-cards and plastic)
- Opened health and beauty items
To get started with your return...
- If you have a Five Below account, go to the Five Below Website to complete an "RMA" (Return Merchandise Authorization). Here's a link to get to the account login.
- Print 2 copies.
- Place 1 copy in the carton.
- Retain the 2nd copy for your records. Use the spaces provided to record the return tracking number, carrier and ship date.
- Postmark the returned carton no later than 14 days from the receipt date of your order.
- Print 2 copies.
- If you do not have an account, and placed your order as a guest, please contact our Customer Relations team at like 844-4-5BELOW (844-452-3569), or email us at email@example.com.
- Upon receipt and inspection of your return, the Return Center will issue a refund, typically within 7 days.
- You will receive an email confirmation that your return is completed.
- Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional 2-10 business days for the credit to post to your account.
- Refunds will be either credited to the original purchaser’s account or an e gift card.
